FSMTA Community Service Awards:
These awards are given in recognition of leadership, achievements, and service to the community in the field of music. Included are music service activities in school, church, synagogue, and/or community (nursing homes, hospitals, civic organizations, etc.).
Students who will be in 9th or 12th grades within the next 2 years can begin documenting their community service now in order to help with the process before they reach these grades.

District and Local Presidents’ Award
For a 9th grade student for community service, in the area of music, completed during 7th, 8th, and 9th grades.
Application deadline: January 17th of the year the student is completing 9th grade.
Application fee: $40.
